These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and the relationship between Vortex and applicants.

1. Provider

Vortex, Graz, Austria. Registered in the Graz companies register. Trade license GISA. ÖGK-registered.

2. Services

Vortex directly employs women as caregivers — in retirement homes or in-home with one family. Specific duties and conditions are governed by the individual employment contract.

3. Application

Applications are made via WhatsApp or email. There are no costs for applicants. Vortex charges no placement fee.

4. Employment Relationship

After successful selection, a written employment contract under Austrian law is concluded. Full registration with ÖGK.

5. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Graz.
